Canadian Military teammates, If you are doing a military move to Ottawa this year (or ever) and want a great home inspector I highly recommend - Lucas Russell of Russell Certified Home Inspections. I don't normally share stuff like this, but I figured it might help one of you out. Note - I get no kick back and frankly am generally a nice, but hard to please guy. Lucas is professional, takes his time, did a full 3-hour inspection and checks everything. He has FLIR and a kicka*s drone. You might laugh, but that drone found 3 missing shingles, which vectored us in on a roof leak that needs fixing prior to waiving conditions. His FLIR was useful too. Bottom line is that he is very good and on the BGRS list. Not your average tick in the box guy.
