Property Reports conduct comprehensive inspections by qualified, professional, fully licensed and insured building consultants. Our pre-purchase inspections and building reports also comply with all relevant Australian Standards and authorities.
We have been providing our guaranteed service throughout Sydney and surrounding suburbs to private clients, solicitors, conveyancers, banks and mortgage providers since 1982. During that time we have provided thousands of expert, accurate reports that are easy to read and understand. Your report will contain a summary, detailed photographs and conclusion, and we will also supply this to you within 24hrs of gaining access to the property.
Our inspectors are available to discuss any concerns you may have. Site consultations can also be arranged if nominated at the time of booking so we can allocate extra time. Same-day building and pest reports are also available when required, subject to workload and access.
Since deregulation, there have been many so-called inspectors springing up everywhere that are often not properly licensed or insured (it is reported that up to 70% fall in this category). Please don’t make the mistake of engaging an inexperienced or uninsured inspector at a cheap rate – it is a false economy often resulting in issues with the property not being discovered until after you have purchased.
