Lucas Russell is a Certified Master Inspector who is committed and passionate about the inspection industry.
After spending more than a decade in construction, renovation and heritage restoration, Lucas is uniquely positioned as a home inspector with a comprehensive knowledge of the residential construction industry.
With a continued commitment to education through on going courses he keeps up to date with technological advancements and makes use of any available testing and inspection equipment that may provide an advantage.
Lucas is highly regarded as a home inspector among the real estate community with a reputation for quality, thorough and detailed inspections and exceptional customer service.
As a dedicated family man, he enjoys spending the majority of his free time with his wife and girls at the hockey rink, cheer gym or together at home or cottage.

Certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
Licensing of home inspectors only sets a minimum standard. Much like being up to code, any less would be illegal. Imaginary people, children, psychics (who claim to “sense” if a house is OK) and even pets can be home inspectors. That is why NACHI front-ends its membership requirements. They turn down more than 1/2 the inspectors who want to join because they can’t pass the exam or fulfill our membership requirements.
InterNACHI’s inspectors have to meet all of the membership requirements and pass the exam before being accepted into NACHI. They don’t offer associate or candidate memberships (junior memberships for inspectors who have not met the requirements).
