Home inspection in the Ottawa area is not regulated by any provincial or municipal government agencies. Without any regulation in place many companies have entered the industry acting as home inspectors while lacking the necessary education and skills. As a graduate of Seneca College and with a commitment to continued education, we have been providing the highest quality inspection services for over 10 years. Lucas was the inspector for the home we wanted to purchase. I was present during his inspection and I found Lucas to be very professional.
